This archive contains the research files of Clarice B. Taylor, reporter for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. From 1949-1962, Taylor wrote columns titled, “Tales about Hawaii” and “Moon Calendar”, which detailed the moon phases, history, stories, and cultures of Hawaiʻi. Her research file includes oral histories, genealogies, newspaper clippings, research from published and archival materials, and correspondence with public and cultural informants.
