Waiāhole Affidavit of Marion Kelly , 1995
Contains a sworn affidavit detailing the Native Hawaiian perspective on natural resources, particularly water, the aquaculture of loʻi kalo, and cultural values between Hawaiian farmers and konohiki. Additionally discusses the impact of private ownership by plantation owners, leading to the deprivation of water and lands, and the erasure of Kānaka use-rights. Includes hand-written notes.
