17 large (20 inches tall by 25 inches long) scrapbooks filled with newspaper clippings. Most of them seem to deal with the Americans of Japanese Ancestry (AJA) experience here in Hawaii. Some of the clippings are in Japanese.
Aldyth Morris plays: typescripts and related papers and correspondence
This collection consists of typescripts and drafts of the plays of Aldyth Morris, correspondence, newspaper and magazine clippings, drawings, scrapbooks, photographs, brochures, programs of performances of the plays, drawings and published books. Significant in the collection is the version of her play Damien, lengthened and revised for London and other European productions.

Alfred K. Schroeder Honolulu VJ-Day Parade photographs
The collection consists of eight photographs of the VJ-Day parade in Honolulu, Territory of Hawai'i. The images depict men and women in uniform--including sailors, WACS, and WAVES--as well as floats and airplanes flying in formation. (Based on notes on the backs of the prints, the photographs were probably taken from a viewing location in or near Pearl Harbor; additionally they probably depict the organized parade of September 3rd 1945, not the spontaneous one of August 14th, 1945.)
