 Series — Box: 2
Identifier: A1979:045

Description of Contents

This series contains notes and handouts from lectures Appleton attended covering various topics, such as statistics, metabolism and diet, industrial hygiene, Chinese art and literature, scurvy, epidemiology and a Sanitary Engineering course at John Hopkins University. Included in this series are two notebooks with handwritten notes with patients' names, ages, family history, symptoms, diagnoses, and bills. These notebooks are restricted until the year 2100, and will be placed in a separate box; the box will be kept alongside the collection so that they may be easily reabsorbed once the restriction has been lifted.
