Campaign: Represented here are Gill’s election campaigns for the Territorial and State House (1958, 1959); U.S. House of Representatives (1962); U.S. Senate (1962); Hawaii Lt. Governor (1966); and Hawaii Governor (1970, 1974). Of interest is material indicating his exploration of the possibility of running for governor in 1986; he decided not to.
