Scope and Contents
Campaign files are for Congressional elections; Hawaii Territorial Legislature election material is in the Biography subseries. In the Campaign files are monthly bills reflecting his famous House and Senate dining room lunches with constituents (paid for by the Friends of Sparky campaign committee).
