Office of Civilian Defense, General, includes an administrative and functional chart showing the organization of the Office of Civilian Defense as of 1942 September 1 and several maps from the Office of Civilian Defense ranging in date from 1939 to 1942. These maps originated from a variety of sources and show different areas of the Territory of Hawaii, but notes on the back of the maps indicate that they came to the HWRD from the Office of Civilian Defense.
