Biographical / Historical
Theodore A. Vierra graduated from Kamehameha School for Boys. He worked as architect for the Hawaiian Sugar Planters' Association (HSPA) and became director of their architectural division. He designed low-cost housing on Maui, Kauai, Oahu, and Hawaiʻi Island. He also designed airport terminals, schools, and civic/commercial buildings in Hawaii.

Physical Description
Scrapbook was disbound and cover discarded due to mold (per Joan Hori). Most items glued, some stapled (removed per advice of Dainan Skeem). Newspaper articles are acidic and report has extensive insect damage.
