This folder contains the manuscript of The Night Is Young. This work is the first known novel written by Milton Murayama. It was never published. This manuscript is incomplete. There are missing pages throughout including 18-26, 30-31, 57-61, 66-68, 91-92, 96-100, and the entirety of Chapter 13 - 106-115.

CONTENT WARNING: This novel was written in the 1950s and is a product of its time. It contains instances of racist and sexist language, as well as two non-graphic counts of sexual assault. This is a work of fiction and the values and opinions expressed herein do not reflect those of the author. Reader discretion is advised.
